Return and exchange of goods

You can exchange or return the product within 14 days using the delivery service or at our delivery point at 110 Kiltseva doroga, Kyiv.

Return conditions:

To process the return, take the receipt and the product in the package with you.

We will refund your money on the day you return the product or within 7 calendar days.

We issue returns if:

the product has not been used and has no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs;

the product is fully assembled and the integrity of the packaging is not violated;

all shortcuts and factory markings are preserved.

If the product does not work, the exchange or return of the product is carried out only if there is a confirmation from our service center that the conditions of operation have not been violated.

Can I refuse a product that has not arrived in the mail?

If you have chosen the method of payment by card or cash on delivery, you can cancel the entire order. Partial refunds are not possible. If you want to cancel part of the items, you need to pay for the entire order and then issue a return through the service.

Product warranty

All products presented in the "Factory of Light" online store are guaranteed for a period of 2 weeks to 99 months. Please check the completeness and absence of defects in the product upon receipt.

Before starting operation, we recommend that you carefully read the conditions and the operating manual. If the product you ordered requires a special installation and cannot be technically checked for functionality during delivery, there is no reason to worry: when buying a product in the "Light Factory" online store, you will receive a sales receipt, as well as a brand warranty from the manufacturer.
